Took a trip in the rain up the river and one memorable part of trip was guy pulling up beside us and us thinking uh oh, he jumps on board opens up his big coat and has an array of goods for sale
Citadel was fantastic and in the first stages of restoration, kids yelling out "hey Joe" and of course original dog tags and zippo lighters for sale
Hue is great! We stayed in a cheap air bnb near the citadel and in the evening we’d bike to the flag gates and watch everyone playing and relaxing. And the food! Omg. Our host recommended a couple of places and they were so good!!! I’m drooling thinking about it.
I am not sure how much longer I can take this, every item I read I long for south east asia more. Please take that as a huge compliment!
