There are no shortage of iffy border crossings in Southeast Asia. One though, on the Thai–Cambodian border—stands out. Poipet.

It is not just me though who thinks little of the town. Once a dusty frontier town, shelled by the Khmer Rouge, it can count its fans on a single hand.
