Oh Sihanoukville. To be upfront I’ve never been a fan of Cambodia’s most popular coastal strip—even before it took on its latest robes.
When I lived in Phnom Penh in the early 2000s it resembled a very sketchy caravan park—with emphasis on sketchy. Most of the beach front land was vacant save a few blow away in wet season shacks. Otres was empty.
