Your words touched my heart, Stuart. I've not heard the expression before but, yes, have experienced single serving many times.

Also, I really treasure the mind-memories tbat hit me at the oddest moments ... I will be washing up or having a shower and suddenly I'm back in a guesthouse in Luxor or walking the Siq in Petra or enjoying an Angkor beer with a photographer from Newfoundland on the riverfront in Kampot. Hell, I miss travel!
