This post has made me hungry and miss SE Asia even more than before. Bun thit nuong is new to me - so with the lack of travel opportunities in 2021 in it's place I've found a joint in Footscray with it on the menu so will give it a whirl this weekend. The volcano hike will be a bit harder to replicate in Aus!
