thanks for your article. we can't publish enough about it.
my FB profile (anna soenen) has 29 days of articles and video's for all to consult. can't help it but as a friend currently back in NZ writes: every day when we go to sleep we tremble with the thoughts of what the day will bring for the friends there and all the people of Myanmar. the last check on "is there any news" before we close our eyes and the first thought "how will they be" is when we wake. we're 12hours apart, Mel and me (i'm in Europe) so pretty much cover the 24hrs. we share a ton of articles every day.
i wrote the EU parliament and their media secretary to plead for action against the military before their assembly last week monday, oh, and to my surprise i got answers! everyone can do this, the addresses are freely available when googled. let's say it's a start. much more is needed and a bit of pressure from lots of people don't hurt the cause.
https://www.paypal.com/pools/c/8wWwa60GBV is a link to the Mandalay based charity organisation who is helping people since the covid pandemic broke out in the country. and now under "Myanmar coup FOOD EMERGENCY" you can donate for the CDM movement. i have friends working in the org. (it's the same people i sent you the link last year for donations)
(which shows a country nobody in Myanmar wants to go back to under military rule)
the "Saffron Revolution 2007": https://youtu.be/r4st8y-aOWE (which is maybe the main reason we're worried. it shows what the Myanmar military are capable of)
i also have come across a impressive list of companies around the world who are involved with - or using military owned companies or have affiliations with the Myanmar military junta.

about donations:
https://www.facebook.com/donate/918617698911509/10159159482425120/ is David Bacon's donation page. i know some close friends of his. vouch for his honesty.
