I would suggest that the sunbaker was sent by a rival travel company to distract you. This hasn't worked because the articles and information you provide are still of an exceptionaly high quality
This type of behavior is more the result of a runaway sense of entitlement more than anything else. It is a huge issue now in the United States, and I imagine other places too. People think they get to do whatever they want, wherever they want, and that any rules or requests don't apply to them. It is not going to get better anytime soon. However, if you really want to do something about it, you have a word with the six Australians and I'll approach the nice topless lady. Cheers.
The behavior of those Aussies... Oy vey. Did you ever hear about the gay couple on Instagram whose shtick was to travel to famous places, drop trou and take shots of their bums? I was delighted when they got arrested in Thailand.
But even the best of us can make mistakes. (Not that I'm best, mind you!) But yesterday I was at the Agora here in Athens when the sun came out and I got hot. I took off my backpack, set in a rock, and took over my sweatshirt.
But my backpack wasn't on a rock. Nope, I'd put it on an admittedly eroded, broken scuplture of some sort. An attendant politely asked me to please remove it, so I promptly stripped down and did the haka! Okay, I apologized profusely and moved my stuff asap.
Yeah I remember that case. It seems with increasing frequency cases of idiocy popping up all over the place. People need to engage their brains a bit more.
I was nearly run over by an Australian riding a bike on the footpath in Hanoi a decade ago. He road a more powerful bike much faster than locals do a laughed at me when I managed to jump out of the way. It’s very difficult for any pedestrian when riders behave in that way. And have you seen the traffic in Sydney lately? We now get increasing numbers of very fast scooter riders and cyclists on the footpath. Perhaps they’ve all been to Mali and Hanoi
On one of my first trips to Bali in the 80's I was horrified to see an Aussie guy stamp on a morning offering and grind it into the pavement after being put out on the pavement buy a shop owner. It was like he didn't like that sort of thing in his place (his place!!) Embarrassing to be an Aussie when you see that sort of thing.

Ha ha haaaaa—and thank you!

Yes agree, this isn’t only a problem in Bali—far from it.

Bali’s latest export—untrained, unlicensed scooter pilots.

Yup, absolutely.
