I still think about the fried catfish with budu and tempoyak that I had in 2019 at Restoran Nasi Ulam Cikgu Kampung Kraftangan in Kota Bharu....

If I ever get a chance to be back in HCMC, Saigon, I would head straight to the Street Pizza lady and devour a couple of her delicious pizzas wrapped in newspaper! I dream about the hat food.

The real gem of Chantabhuri is the pork stew at Chanthorn Pochana ! We fill our suitcases with tins when we leave Thailand.
