I don't mix/stir my bubur, I like to select little bits of this and that with each spoonful/krupuk-ful. Halfway through though it's kind of mixed up anyway.

I would certainly agree that Indonesian food is under-rated and it is a shame but hopefully one day more people will grow to appreciate it
